The mad Russian is at it again.

Yes, there are other things to discuss apart from Dundalk F.C. and feel free to discuss them here!

The mad Russian is at it again.

Disgusting treatment of a club legend. United stuck with ole and they are top of the league and knocked Liverpool out of the cup. And Chelsea sack Frank and replace him with Tuchel. Ffs the French league is worse than the SPL. Atleast in the spl there are 2 teams competing every season. He got sacked at PSG. Lampard should have got til end of season when his contract runs out at the very least. Then look at Rogers (proven manager in the Premier league) if they feel they needed change, or Allegri. 17 games unbeaten at start of season, finished 4th and got to the FA cup final in his first season, and this season still in the FA Cup, champions league and only 5 points off 4th. Frank got 1 tf window 1.. As we had a 2 window tf ban that was nothing to do with him. Factor in the loss of the best player in the epl in hazard just prior to his appointment. Disgusted and pissed off with them. Usual knee jerk reaction from the mad Russian.

TT is a good coach Niall. He’ll get the best out of the new signings and Chelsea will play good football.
I’m not a chelsea fan so it makes no difference to me but I can see why you’d be annoyed at what happened to Lampard because of his history with the club.

Niall Tuchel is a great coach and a difficult person, he will get the team playing football. He would still be at Dortmund if it hadnt been for the cowardly bomb attach on the bus at the team hotel. He lost his job because he questioned Watzke about putting pressure on players to play within 24 hours. Many a player in Dortmund still talk fondly of him, very demanding however down to earth.

Frank didn't get a fair chance. Then again who does under Roman? I said when he got it he shouldn't have taken it that it could only end one way for Frank. And sour the reputation. We went 17 games unbeaten at the start of the season. Slight blip now with 5 defeats in 8 but every club goes through one at some stage. It took Klopp 5 yrs to win the title. And over the course of their first 85 games Frank has a better win ratio with Chelsea than Klopp had at Liverpool. He came to a squad that had only lost Hazard. He had a tf embargo placed on him for 2 windows which had mothibg to do with him, and then had to deal with 2 covid ruined seasons.

Niall he was screwed before he signed the contract. He couldnt sign players, had Roman and a hell of a lot of expectations on his shoulders. It would have been clever had he stayed where he was for another year or two, however the attraction of going to Chelsea was obviously too big.

All in all, you are getting a good replacement in Tuchel, a man who has the experience needed.
